Let’s take a quick look at how the luxury markets of Montecito and Hope Ranch performed last month.

Sales activity in Montecito picked up significantly compared to last year, with more homes changing hands. Properties stayed on the market a bit longer but still sold close to asking. While median prices dipped slightly, the major boost in inventory means buyers have more choices in this coveted enclave. After minimal activity in Hope Ranch last March, this year showed stronger momentum with several homes sold. Homes took about two months to move and sold just under asking. Prices climbed notably, and inventory has grown, giving buyers more opportunity in this exclusive community. Looking Ahead Next week, we’ll highlight what’s been happening in Carpinteria and Summerland. Stay tuned! 💬 Have questions about buying, selling, or investing?
