The Mesa is one of the most popular areas in Santa Barbara. It sits perched above the city next to the coastline. The elevation provides some pretty spectacular views of the ocean and of the Santa Barbara Harbor.

The Mesa is split into two sides. You have the East Mesa which is below Cliff Dr, extending from Santa Barbara City College to Meigs Rd. And the West Mesa, which extends from Meigs Rd to the Douglas Family Preserve.
